Patient Booking and consultation system is the use of information and telecommunication technologies to provide medical information and services at a distance. Due to shortages of medical experts, hospitals coupled with geographic isolation and lack of opportunities for these experts, the few available medical experts are often reluctant to serve in such poorer areas with lesser opportunities and advantages. As the result of this problems, design and implementation of a patient booking and consultation system is proposed and the aim of this project is to design and implement a patient booking and consultation system taking as a means whereby patient can book appointment and chat with physician(s) (doctor). The objectives of the proposed system is to study and analyze, design, implement, test and validate the proposed system. the method used to achieved the proposed system is the agile incremental development method for the SDLC, use case is used for the analysis of the system and activity diagram are used to design the new system, processing requirement, the input and the output specification.
