Firstly pyrazolone were discovered as NSAID drugs but in the recent time thiosenicarbazones pyrazolone exhibit biological and pharmacological properties. The stability constants (Kf) of the M-complexes formation were investigated by applying the UV-vis spectrophotometry and conductometric method at different temperatures. Based on the results and thermodynamic calculation, the 1:1 complex stoichiometry as evaluated by these techniques. We firmly belive that this book will be of immense benefit to the student community and that that teaching community will also find it adequate in its contents and style of presentation, suggestions for further improvement of the book would be gratefully accepted.
