New ways of staying healthy or getting sick have emerged in the world of work in recent years. With technological and social changes, the advance of globalization and global economic changes, organizations and work processes have changed. The way people relate in these environments has also changed. In this context, it is necessary to develop studies that analyze positive and negative factors related to this contemporary world of work and that can influence workers' mental health. In this sense, this book aims to report the results of a research that investigated such factors in a scientific and technological education institution. Through focus groups, protective psychosocial aspects and risks to workers' mental health were highlighted in this work organization, as well as suggestions for structuring a program to manage work-related psychosocial risks for mental health promotion.
