Student service plays a major role in student development. It cannot be denied that the quality and extent of involvement of the different school personnel can contribute to quality of education and values. Student services providers who focus on creating positive relationships with students are likely to win students’ loyalty while promoting a healthy learning environment. The study focuses on the assessments made by the respondents in students’ development and services program. This study aims to provide readers with the perceptions of the respondents in different aspects of student services as different facets of the program are assessed. Furthermore, the study provides recommendations for the difficulties encountered. Moreover, the study intends to become a guide for learners and practitioners aiming to gain knowledge of the subject.
