With increasing awareness and efforts on environmental protection, developing non-phosphorus and biodegradable nanopolymeric scale inhibitors for water industrial applications is becoming a hot research topic. In this work, an environment friendly nanopolymeric scale inhibitor were synthesized, characterized and evaluated as phosphorus-free green environment-friendly scale inhibitor. The scale inhibitor prepared by these work has excellent scale inhibiting effects with high temperature resistance, and molecular weight stability. Due to their desirable, low cost, non-toxic and easily biodegradable ,it is can be used to produce a number of value-added products for treating industrial circulating water and oil field water with a simple technology.
