Synopsis
This book is presented with introducing necessary terminology, definitions and necessity of multi-criteria decision problems, classification of multi-criteria decision problems ,characteristics of multi-criteria decision problems, software to solve multi criteria decision problem, multi criteria decision problems related to health care, introduction to goal programming and variants of goal programming, introduction to analytical hierarchy process and methodology, software to solve analytical process. Also proposed goal programming method and lexicographic methods and these are applied to analyze financial management of health care system. The results are compared and analyzed Proposed a Goal programming method for optimizing media mix problem for health care system. Various goals are defined and optimized. Proposed AHP method for ranking websites of health care systems by considering qualitative criteria: content quality, design quality, organization quality, user friendly quality, performance quality, service quality and technical points.
