Application of Sustainability Principles (SP) and the adoption of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) is currently a global push in societal development. Both the developed and developing worlds are treading this path for the present and future attainments of sustainable developments. However, the trend of developments in most African countries and particularly Nigeria is at the moment not sustainable. As such, there is the prevalence of environmental degradation, natural resources depletion, economic deprivation, asocial menace, and energy poverty at alarming rate. This book therefore, discusses issues of sustainability ethics, sustainable resources/environmental developments, and energy efficiency in buildings (residential) in four (4) chapters in a bid to attain sustainable national development in Nigeria.
