About the Author

Was born on February 4, 1971, in Tlemcen. I completed my primary education in Tlemcen. I obtained my high school diploma in mathematics, followed by a DES (Postgraduate Diploma), a Magister degree, and then a PhD at the University of Tlemcen. I am currently serving as a lecturer at the Higher School of Management in Tlemcen.
