Synopsis

"What some people call moments of happiness, such as the arrival of a child, the success of a son, the recovery of a sick person, a moment of victory, a pause of honor, praise, and recognition of a favor, or the achievement of an achievement and discovery, are considered by others to be moments of pleasure and joy whose owner should not be described as happy, because happiness, as they see it, is more stable, permanent, and comprehensive. So what is happiness and what is its truth? Is it the ultimate goal of man? Is it objective or subjective? What are its components, means and characteristics? Is it possible? Can there be a net whole? This book presents the concept of happiness and satisfaction with life, in addition to its various measures and sources, and how each of us thinks of it as a kind of emotional evaluation of life, especially since the approach to seeking happiness used in many societies is ineffective, even self-destructive, and frustrating, but this book shows enough opposing points of view to lead the reader to his own conclusion.
