About the Author
Toru Kumon was a high school teacher in Japan who created the Kumon Method to help his son improve his maths, reading, and other skills. Today, some sixty years later, the Kumon Method has grown to become the world's largest supplemental teaching program with learning centres in 49 countries and over 4 million students.
