Synopsis
After deep in the cellar, the second high Brisant case of Konstantin Manner.
Actually, Commissioner Konstantin Manner only wanted to spend the summer on Lake Chiemsee: to avoid his rest holiday completely relaxed with retreating from everyday life in the caravan of his friend, driving a little motorcycle, and forging plans for his and Tina's future. But when Tina asks him to work for a colleague whose sister is the main suspect in a brutal murder in the neighboring village, there can be no more talk of it. Eigentlich wollte Kommissar Konstantin Manner nur den Sommer am Chiemsee verbringen: Seinen Resturlaub völlig entspannt damit vertun, sich im Wohnwagen seines Freundes Hänschen vom Alltag zurückzuziehen, ein wenig Motorrad zu fahren, und Pläne für seine und Tinas Zukunft zu schmieden. Aber als Tina ihn darum bittet, sich für eine Kollegin einzusetzen, deren Schwester Hauptverdächtige in einem brutalen Mord im Nachbardorf ist, kann davon keine Rede mehr sein. Doch worauf er dabei trifft, hat bald nichts mehr mit einem simplen Mord zu tun: Die Ereignisse überschlagen sich plötzlich, alles ist auf einmal völlig anders als erwartet und das, was da geschieht, fordert ihn bald derart, dass es ihn schließlich an den Rand des Ertragbaren bringt.
