About the Author

In Apollo VII - XVII, the authors Floris Heyne, Joel Meter, Simon Phillipson and Delano Steenmeijer combine their enthusiasm for manned space travel with their passion for photography and design. They spent months trawling through NASA's gigantic photo archives - always on the lookout for inspiring, unique and unusual images of the Apollo missions. Together with Ted Stryk, they published Voyager, Photographs from Humanity's Greatest Journey in 2020, the first major photo book with images from the famous Voyager probes. Walter Cunningham is a former Apollo 7 astronaut and was the second pilot to launch into orbit on the first manned Apollo flight atop a Saturn 1 rocket.
