"You can't be happy if you live the goals of others!" Her grandmother's phrase echoes Lara Juliette Sanders in her ears as she dares what many only dream of. In the morning on her way to work, she spontaneously drives to the airport and takes the next free flight.

The small Caribbean island is hardly developed. Instead of tourists, there are dangerous snakes here. Lara cannot be discouraged. Plagued by homesick and guilt, she pursues her goal against all resistance. And little by little, their missing life spirits also return.
Chance leads them to Daniel Rundstroem, a 78-year-old Sweden. The former private pilot of the legendary Ethiopian king Haile Selassi fulfils his youth dream here and builds in the jungle of Dominica on his own plane. He also left his family for this and gave up everything.
