About the Authors

ELISABETH BITTNER
has built up communities on project management and project training and she does communication and PR for project management topics.

WALTER GREGORC
has directed projects in the USA, in Albania, Hong Kong, Oman, Saudi-Arabia, Turkey and Austria. In addition, he has special experiences in claim and contract management, in project assessment and in PM coaching.

Both are members of the Siemens Project Directors Community.

ELISABETH BITTNER
Jahrgang 1970, studierte Geisteswissenschaften und ist geprüfte PR-Beraterin (Deutsche Akademie für Public Relations). Seit 1997 ist Elisabeth Bittner in der Weiterbildung des Siemens-Konzerns tätig, seit 2000 mit dem Schwerpunkt Projektmanagement. Zu ihren Aufgaben zählen die Kommunikation für Weiterbildungsthemen des Programms PM@Siemens sowie Aufbau und Begleitung von Communities im Umfeld Projektmanagement und Training. Seit 2004 ist sie aktives Mitglied der Siemens "Project Directors Community".

WALTER GREGORC
ist Project Director bei der Siemens AG und verfügt über umfangreiche Auslandserfahrungen in leitenden Projektpositionen (Albanien, Hong Kong, Saudi-Arabien, USA, Türkei und Österreich).

WALTER GREGORC
Jahrgang 1950, Ing. der Elektrotechnik, seit 37 Jahren in der Siemens AG tätig in Vertrieb, Inbetriebsetzung Nachrichtentechnik und Energietechnik. Seit 2003 führt er als Project Director Contract- und Claim-Management-Projekte im In- und Ausland durch, außerdem Projektassessments, Assessmenttrainings sowie Projektmanagement-Coachings. Er verfügt über umfangreiche Auslandserfahrungen in leitenden Projektpositionen (Albanien, Hong Kong, Saudi-Arabien, USA, Türkei und Österreich), in seiner Freizeit betreibt er aktiv Karate (2. Dan). Zusammen mit Dr. Karl-Ludwig Weiner ist er Autor des Buchs "Claim Management".
