Synopsis
The selection of the provisions is based on the fabric of the training regulations, on the other hand on the needs of practice. The reform of the personal company law (MoPeG) which comes into force on 1.1.2024 is already taken into account by additional inclusion of the HGB in its version valid from 1.1.2024, as well as the extensive reconciliation regulations in the introductory act to the BGB. This also gives the basic manual an aid to the manual hawing of the registration of a society citizens law in the land register before and after the reform. Feedback from vocational schools on the desired content we have observed as always. The publisher is also happy to accept notes from the circle of other users. State of legislation is June 1, 2023.
