John Mussa Paul, a Development Practitioner and Researcher has a Masters degree in Development Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education obtained at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth, South Africa and Mzuzu University, MALAWI respectively.
