About the Authors

Dr hab. Beata Mydłowska is Professor at the University of Social and Medical Sciences in Warsaw, Poland. Her research interests are school development, teacher education and ethos, labour market, rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders, support for people with disabilities and vocational reintegration.

Dr hab. Stefan Michał Kwiatkowski is Professor at The Maria Grzegorzewska University in Warsaw, Poland. His research focuses on educational leadership, labour pedagogy, future competencies, vocational education, teacher professional development, and education-labour market relations.

Dr hab. Inetta Nowosad, Associate Professor, is Head of the Department of School Pedagogy, University of Zielona Góra, Poland. Her research focuses on school improvement and effectiveness, educational change, quality of education, and conditions of school development at both institutional and system levels.
