Sandip is a Post-doctoral Research Fellow in the Centre for Environmental Strategy at the University of Surrey, UK. An engineer by training, his research relates to the regional energy planning with a focus on decentralized renewable energy systems and energy resource allocation for the socio-economic and techno-economic development.
