The study guided by the multiple intelligence and production function theories explores the extent to which universities prepare graduates for the noble challenges that would see communities have an enhanced quality of life. Therefore what is the extent to which the teaching of creativity is dependent on the aptitude of the student, the programs, the facilities, the faculty members, and teaching methods employed and used. This study seeks to find answers.
