Mr.G.T. Kumar is a Librarian in PU Govt. College, Gubbi. He has 10 years of experiece in academic libaries and published few research articles. Dr.B.T. Sampath Kumar is an Asst.Professor in the Dept. of Library and Inf.Science, Kuvempu University. He has 13 years of teaching and research experience and published 70 research papers.
