Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) are well documented for their energy efficiency and usage diversity, but their poor colour rendering and colour temperature has slowed their adoption for domestic use. About the Author

Tom Page is a lecturer in the Loughborough Design School. He mainly teaches electronic design and has been working between the fields of Interaction, physical computing and electronic product design for the last couple of years. His main interests lie in the area of technology mediated learning, value management and electronic product design.
