Synopsis
During the last fifteen years, theoretical research on the evolution of the universe has undergone considerable change and development. The main achievements are connected with the development of the inflationary cosmology and the theory of phase transitions, which theoretically have occurred very early in the history of the universe in accordance with the unified theories of weak, strong and electromagnetic interactions.
