About the Author

Andreas Manthey lebt in Berlin und ist Experte im sozialen Netz. Zu Hause ist er schwerpunktmäßig im Bereich Sozialversicherung, Sozialecht und Sozialdatenschutz. Seine Erfahrungen sind durchaus gefragt und er berät verschiedene in- und ausländische (Regierungs-) Institutionen, Regierungen beim Aufbau demokratischer Strukturen. Seit 2000 unterrichtet er im Sozialrecht und Sozialdatenschutz, auch mit internationaler Ausrichtung, z.B. im Rahmen von EU-Programmen. Er erhielt verschiedene Lehraufträge, wie z.B. zu den Themen Sozialrecht, Sozialdatenschutz, Sozialhilfe, "Gute Regierungsführung/Antikorruption" usw.. Im Jahre 2014 wurde er zum Professor an der Haybusak Universität berufen und gibt seine Erfahrungen weiter. Andreas Manthey ist verheiratet und hat ein Kind.
