About the Author

​Heiko Richter, Senior Research Fellow, Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, Munich. PhD (Humboldt University of Berlin); Master of Laws (LL.M.), Columbia University, New York; Diploma in Business Administration (Dipl.-Kfm.), University of Mannheim.

Research interest focus on competition law; copyright law; information law; data and regulation; digitalization and society; legal economics. Previous research the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU (GRUR Int 68, 1 (2019), 28 – 32 and
workshops in Ukraine.
