About the Author

Mr. Ignatus Barongo is currently an Assistant Lecturer in Law at St. Augustine University of Tanzania Mtwara Center.Mr. He is a Lawyer teaching Constitution Law, Human Rights Law, Land Law, Comparative International Law, Law of Torts, Legal Drafting and Moot Court Practice, Legal Research Methodology, Jurisprudence & International Humanitarian Law.
