The fundamentals of the concept of enterprise knowledge (knowledge-based corporation) are disseminated in the literature as an alternative to the enterprise model using the capital or human labour (capital-intensive and labor-intensive respectively). Many authors describe the methods of knowledge management. In our approach, we understand knowledge as intangible resources of the organizations being a result of the activity of human factor which, when applied in an innovative way, may be a source of competitive advantage. The interactive nature of the modern organizations makes that creation, transfer, and application of knowledge takes place in the dimension of inter-organizational relationships also carried out on an international scale within the global corporations and independent businesses. The spatial dimension of knowledge creation is effectively solved through the Internet technologies; interactivity of cooperation significantly shortens the time horizon of strategic decisions in relation to operational decisions.
