Synopsis

This research is an attempt to define effective on nutritional significance by enrichment of dietary fiber in extruded product. From reviewing the literature this research proposed that byproducts of pine apple ,rice and pulse will be utilized to develop highly nutritious extruded product. This highly enriched fibrous extruded will reduce diabetes, blood cholesterol levels and weight control. the extrude also contain maximum amount of protein and carbohydrates. We also explain the optimum-condition ,parameters for development of fibrous extrude product. The Heart Foundation recommends that adults should aim to consume approximately 25–30 g daily.
