About the Author

Shivam Goel is a law graduate from the University of Delhi (Faculty of Law), with his Masters in Law from the National University of Juridical Sciences (Kolkata). He is a Legal Researcher at the High Court of Delhi. His earlier works include 'International Arbitration With Special Focus on Bahrain' (Lambert Academic Publication).
