Embossed picture technique has not been used in learning institutions in Kenya to teach reading to learners with hearing impairments. Works as an Assistant Lecturer at Sebastian Kolowa Memorial University (SEKOMU)Tanzania.Has 26 years experience of classroom teaching learners with hearing impairments in Kenya and currently pursuing a PhD in Special Needs Education at Kenyatta University.
