Climate change has caused weather changes resulting in disasters in most countries like the Philippines. The Province of Albay has experienced devastating typhoons, volcano eruption and tsunami threats due to earthquakes. Thus, the local government has formed a policy network on climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction and management (CCA-DRRM).
