Robotic systems are well used in different production processes in manufacturing industries. Many large companies use this technology to support and help them to meet their objectives. Despite the benefit of robotic systems, they are rarely used in Manufacturing small medium enterprise (SME). There are two main problems which hold SME to implement robotic systems. They are the financial aspects and the awareness or knowledge aspects on robotics; where they link to other aspects such as risk, robotic systems and others. The conceptual model was built as a guideline and it explains how to implement robotic systems in manufacturing SME. In addition, it uses a flowchart or framework to build the model which shows the step to implement robotic systems. Each block of the model gives some methods and tools to be used. The methods and tools would give an opportunity for the SME to evaluate themselves before they decide to implement robotic systems.
