Synopsis

Martin Bergaus investigated Service Delivery Platforms (SDP), focussing on their challenges and design aspects from a user's perspective. Qualitatively he incorporated user experience in SDP research, developing a Grounded Theory (GT) then set out parameters needed when developing SDP investigations from a user viewpoint, before technical implementation. His current research interests focuses on a qualitative research using Grounded Theory in the field of Information Systems. He has professional experiences within the ICT and company start up.
