The author is a lecturer in Fish Quality Management in the Department of Aquaculture & Fisheries Science at Bunda College of Agriculture (University of Malawi). He holds an MSc Degree in Aquaculture & Fisheries Science from the University of Malawi and is currently pursuing a PhD in Fisheries Science with the same university.
