About the Author

is the author of "On Equal Protection for Lesbians and Gay Men," the first book in Taiwan discussing LGBT issues and constitutional law. He studied EC law at Leiden University and sociology of law at Oñati IISL and University of Milan. Currently he serves as Law Clerk of Taiwan's Constitutional Court and is an adjunct lecturer at NTUST.
