Enterprise reengineering can provide dramatic competitive improvements for manufacturing. Dr. Erlend Alfnes is a senior researcher at the Norwegian research organization SINTEF Technology and Society, Department of Operations Management. His main research interests are manufacturing planning and control, and enterprise reengineering.
