Robert Geisler is an Associate Professor of Management and Public Policy and Dean of the Faculty of Political Science and Social Communication at the University of Opole.
Tomasz Pawłuszko is an international security and government analyst, assistant professor at the University of Opole and research fellow at the Łukasiewicz Research Network.
