Synopsis
From September 24 to 26 1998, four hundred people from throughout Europe, the Middle East, North and South America came together in Strasbourg for the IN-TELE 98 Conference. At about a hundred conferences, presentations and roundtables they discussed the pedagogical uses of the Internet in the West. Quatre cents personnes, venues de toute l'Europe, du Moyen-Orient, d'Amerique du Nord et du Sud se sont reunies du 24 au 26 septembre 1998 a Strasbourg. Une centaine de conferences, de tables rondes et de communications orales a permis de dresser un inventaire des usages pedagogiques d'Internet dans les pays occidentaux. Vierhundert Personen aus ganz Europa, dem Mittleren Osten, Nord- und Suedamerika sind vom 24. bis 26. September 1998 in Strassburg zur ersten IN-TELE Konferenz zusammengekommen. Die rund hundert Vortraege und Podiumsgespraeche gewaehrten einen Ueberblick ueber die internetbasierte paedagogische Praxis in den westlichen Laendern.
