About the Author

George L. Trigg, an internationally experienced and qualified senior editor in Physics, lives in New Paltz/New York. For many years he was co–editor of the most renowned expert journal in Physics, Physical Review Letters. Professor Trigg and the late Professor Rita G. Lerner were co–editors for the Encyclopedia of Physics from its first edition, which was published in 1981 and won international praise.
