Dr. rer. pol. Wolf Rainer Leenen ist promovierter Diplom-Volkswirt und Prof. (em.) an der Fachhochschule Köln. Von 1976 1981 war er Referent für Langfristplanung in der Planungsabteilung des Bundeskanzleramtes und von 1981 2013 Professor für Sozialpolitik und Volkswirtschaftslehre an der Fachhochschule Köln. Außerdem ist er lizensierter Coach für das Coaching-Tool »The International Profiler«.
