The peel of both pomegranate and orange is the rich sources of bioactive compounds that can be used as antioxidant materials in many fatty foods and edible oils. Pea pod powders could be used as a suitable source of protein, fiber and minerals were more than pomegranate and orange peel powders, and could be incorporated as ingredients in a large variety of food products.
