Synopsis
With the astronomical observation techniques available in the Universe, Metagalaxy in the area, found that the average density of the substance there fiddling – one cubic meter contains around two hydrogen atoms. On the basis of the geometric mean field theory, generalizing this fact – the in-finite Universe filled with this same substance of the diminutive substance density. This substance creates a gravitational field of the Universe. So the cosmic microwave background radiation called distant celestial luminaries of the Universe gravitational redshift in the field. In addition, the Universe exists imminent rotation. Between the rotational cycle frequency and density of the substance in the Universe there is determined the physical patterns in the area. This is an alternative to the Big Bang hypothesis.

About the Author
In 1957, finished the Vaiņode high school and started studying at the University of Latvia, Faculty of Physics and Mathematics. In 1962 completed studies. For many years worked in the Academy of Sciences of Latvia and there got a PhD in Physics. Finished working life at Riga Technical University as a lecturer in Higher Mathematics and Statistics.
