About the Author
Albert Mutonga Matongela has 13 years experience in the Banking Sector of which 11 years were spent in the Payments Industry and is currently employed by First National Bank of Namibia as its Head of Payments. He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Dar as Salaam in Tanzania and MBA from Regent Business School in South Africa.
