Synopsis
Der Band vereint die Beiträge eines im August 2012 in Jena gehaltenen Symposiums, dessen Hauptfrage es war, ob es etwas wie eine nachchronistische "Rückkopplung" in die Samuelbücher gegeben habe. Das Verhältnis von I-II Sam zu I Chr wird dabei sowohl generell als auch durch eine Reihe von Einzelfallstudien hinterfragt: Ist I Chr die relecture einer Samuelrolle? Falls ja, ist es möglich, einige der jüngsten Schichten in den Samuelbüchern als chronistisch beeinflusst, also als eine Art "rereading" der relecture zu bestimmen? Welche Methoden und Kriterien eignen sich schließlich für eine derartige Bestimmung?
