Synopsis
Watchmaker Levin comes to Bogotá in 1938 to settle in a small building. There he meets his neighbor Blanca, and in the following decades they work together to ensure the change of the city and neighbors. In the 80s then comes a new tenant, a small child who will change life in the building.
