Matthew Ball is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Justice, Faculty of Law, Queensland University of Technology, Australia. He teaches in the areas of ethics and philosophy, gender and sexuality studies, and criminology. His research interests include Foucaultian scholarship; governmentality research; queer theory, and critical criminology.
