He holds a PhD in applied linguistics from Moulay Ismail University in Meknes, Morocco. Prof. Mamdooh Abdelmottlep is a distinguished Professor of Police Science and Law Enforcement and a globally recognized expert in criminal justice, security operations, and police administration.
