About the Author

Dr. P. Mary Jeyanthi is an Associate Professor of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, India. She had one decade of industry experience in HDFC Bank Ltd, Business Intelligence Unit, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. She had a hand full of expertise in Business Intelligence and forecasting analytics. She had done her research in “A New Implementation of Mathematical Models with metaheuristic Algorithms for Business Intelligence”. Business Intelligence & Analytics initiatives on High Net Worth (HNW) Portfolio and She will be responsible for the creation and execution of strategies. She is also a visiting faculty of IMT Ghaziabad, Woxsen University, Hyderabad. Besides that, she had published a number of research papers in various national and international reputed journals. Conducted several workshops on Research Methodology and Business Intelligence. With 10+ years of experience in Information Technology professional in Banking Sector with extensive skills and experience in Business Intelligencewith Metaheuristics algorithm and Passion in teaching to enrich the environment with knowledge and Self-discipline. Being an Entrepreneur, intensive knowledge in the research field.She is the Resource Person by many colleges regarding soft skill training and workshops related to research paper writing. She had contributed many articles in magazines related the Building up the Human Capital and Business Analytics. Dr. Tanupriya Choudhury received his bachelor’s degree in CSE from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, India, and master’s Degree in CSE from Dr. M.G.R University, Chennai, India.He has received his PhD degree in the year 2016. He has Twelve years experience in teaching as wellas in Research. Currently he is working as an Associate Professor in dept. of CSE at UPES Dehradun. Dr. Dieu Hack-Polay is an associate Professor of Management at Crandall University (Canada) and an Associate Professor in Organizational Studies at Lincoln International Business School, University of Lincoln (UK). He has significant industry experience. His academic experience spans several years in various institutions and countries. Dr. Dieu Hack-Polay obtained the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in sociology at the University of Surrey and the Doctor of Education (EdD) in leadership and management at the University of Lincoln. His main research interest is in sociology and international human resource management. He has authored three books and several book chapters research articles in international journals. His latest publications examine the role of technology in environmental sustainability. His professional affiliations include chartered fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) and fellowship of the Society for Education & Training (SET). He is also an active member of the British Sociological Association (BSA) and the Canadian Sociological Association (CSA).

Dr. Thipendra Pal Singh is currently positioned as Professor and Head of Department of Department at School of Computer Science, University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun, UK. He holds Doctorate in Computer Science from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi. He carries 22 years of rich experience with him. He has been associated with Tata Group and Sharda University, Greater Noida, NCR, India. His research interests include machine intelligence, pattern recognition and development of hybrid intelligent systems. He has guided 15 Masters Theses. Currently 05 research scholars are working towards their Doctoral degree under him. There are more than dozens of publications to his credit in various national and international journals. Dr. Singh is a member of various professional bodies including IEEE, ISTE, IAENG etc. and also on the editorial/reviewer panel of different journals.

Sheikh Abujar is Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB). Broadly, his methodological research focuses on Application of machine learning and Data mining. Sheikh Abujar currently works on different areas of Natural Language Processing and Adaptive algorithms. He has published his research works in several Scopus Indexed proceedings of IEEE, Springer and Elsevier, and he has served on several International conference and journals as a reviewer. Many of his and his students research work have won “Best Research Paper - Award” in many International Conferences. Prior to joining IUB, he was a faculty member at Daffodil International University (from : September 2017- January 2021) and at Britannia University (from: February 2015 to August 2017). During his career at DIU, he was Founder and Supervisor of the DIU - NLP and Machine Learning Research LAB.
