Located in the heart of Brussels, the Art et Margins Museum, an outsider art museum, questions art and its borders. Its collection has been built up since the mid-1980s with self-taught artists, art workshops for psychiatric patients and for those with learning difficulties.

Its temporary exhibitions, at the rate of three per year, bring together artists from both sides of the margin, questioning the boundaries of art and its very definition. The museum's anniversary year is an opportunity to propose a book richly illustrated with visuals, specially produced by a team of professionals, and to take stock of its rich collections of works by outsider artists built up over time.
