Jean Attali, PhD in Philosophy, teaches Urban Development at the Ecole nationale suppérieure d'architecture Paris-Malaquais. Philippe Samyn is a civil engineer, architect and town planner with a PhD in Applied Sciences. He founded Philippe SAMYN & PARTNERS, architects and engineers, in 1980.
