Synopsis

Alice, a young woman from Sweden, flees the materialistic Western world to discover "herself" and the "meaning of life". She embarks on an open-ended voyage to Latin America. She meets a man in Buenos Aires who asks her to deliver a gift to his friend Rupert in Santiago de Chile. Rupert invites Alice to stay in his house, where the two spend a tumultuous week together.
